After a 1997 car crash left Morgan Freeman's arm, shoulder, and elbow shattered, the actor admits that marijuana has been his medicine of choice to ease the pain.

To "EGOT" is to competitively win or be honored with at least one Emmy Award, one Grammy Award, one Academy Award (Oscar), and one Tony Award — the major trophies for television, music, film, and theater.
According to the New York Post, Miami Vice star Philip Michael Thomas coined the term back in the '80s, wearing a gold "EGOT" medallion around his neck and regularly discussing his desire to win the Hollywood grand slam... even though he'd never been nominated for any of the awards. (He still hasn't.)
Only 12 people have EGOT'd competitively — Richard Rodgers, Helen Hayes, Rita Moreno, John Gielgud, Audrey Hepburn, Marvin Hamlisch, Jonathan Tunick, Mel Brooks, Mike Nichols, Whoopi Goldberg, Scott Rudin, and Robert Lopez — and four others have EGOT'd with at least one honorary award — Barbra Streisand, Liza Minnelli, James Earl Jones, and Harry Belafonte. I’ve got 3 modes: my usual go to is a scotch on the rocks, if I’m feeling more of a chill down and talk mood it’s red wine (malbec), but if I know I’m gonna be on the dance floor most of the night it’s mojitos!

I’m much more put together in public, but when I’m at home and comfortable I drop way too many F-bombs. For instance: (offering one of my best friends a glass of water) “You want some F****** ice?” So not necessary.

What was the last awkward situation you were in and how did you handle it?
Totally called someone that had been to my house multiple times by the wrong name. I felt terrible, but I owned up to it, apologized, and also explained how this is unfortunately not this first time I’ve done this to someone, they shouldn’t take it personally, and it wouldn’t happen to them again. When it comes to dialogue I can memorize pages upon pages, but for some reason names tend to escape me, even if I like the person!
When is the last time you went to a theater?
I’ve been in one all week! Gonna be performing as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet: Love is A Battlefield, at the Rockwell! Theatre is a massive part of my life!
What TV show should everyone should be watching?

I may have been watching Say Yes to the Dress before I even got engaged (that’s why it’s called a guilty pleasure people!) I also love Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black, Amazing Race, and American Horror Story!
