What was the last awkward situation you were in and how did you handle it?
It was probably trying to get a passport to go to the Bahamas and standing in line for 15 minutes at a local DMV so they could then tell me that they only do passports on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Then the clerk told me that I had to come back the following day which I did not want to do so it was really awkward trying to keep my cool. She had nothing to do! She could have just signed the piece of paper. That was it!
When is the last time you went to a theater?
I think the last time I was in a movie theater was when I rented one out for a bunch of my fans. I don't watch much TV or movies. I never watch it unless its like a football game or if I'm at the gym and on the treadmill because I like to keep up with the news. I like to know what's going on in the world.

What is the one food you cannot resist?
Watermelon. Straight up watermelon, off the vine, eat it with my grandad and spit the seeds. My grandmother gets pissed because three days later vines are growing in the front yard.

I listen to so much! Probably the new Chris Stapleton record.

People that use the word "bae." It's so annoying.

After several years of battling in courts, the actress was granted sole custody of her children Hermes and Helena by a California judge.
In 2012, a court ruled that Kelly's kids were to move to Monaco with their father, Daniel Giersch since his U.S. visa was revoked and Kelly could fly to Europe for her visits. PEOPLE reported that a former lawyer for Rutherford had told the State Department Giersch was involved in illegal activity, resulting in the revocation of his U.S. visa. He reportedly never reapplied for one.
Kelly has been fighting the ruling ever since.
