If you've read or seen The Fault in Our Stars and loved it, you'll want to add Paper Towns to your list. It's a story about a beloved but misunderstood high school girl (Cara Delevingne) who goes missing, and her neighbor and childhood friend's (Nat Wolff) search for her using the clues she left behind. The author, John Green, stopped by BuzzFeed New York to hand out some cast superlatives and share some on-set secrets. Here's what Green revealed!
John Green: It's quite difficult because... everyone.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: Justice and Austin.
Is there a particular prank that happened?
JG: They acquired a BB gun. I think that's all I'm legally allowed to say.
That sounds dangerous.
JG: It was removed from their ownership 24 hours after they acquired it. [laughs] Those boys.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: The most fearless person I've ever met.
Is she just down for everything?
JG: [laughs] Yes, Cara Delevingne is down for everything. I think she might want that on her tombstone.
JG: The best at improv? That's tough, they're all good at improv.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: Nat's a brilliant improvisational actor. Half the stuff in the movie happened after the camera was supposed to cut. They just learned to not cut them.
JG: They're all pretty likely to have crushes on set because I think they all did.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: I'll just leave that there.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: They really are like, best friends. They still have dinner all the time together. It's so sweet. It makes me so happy. It's like they went to summer camp but then summer camp never ended. They really love each other; it's amazing. It makes my heart swell the way they really love each other and stand up for each other. I was once in a room where someone was saying slightly snarky things about one of the cast members and one of the other cast members said, "I'm going to have to ask you to shut up because I don't think you know that person." It's a really special group.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: The food is free — you can have as much as it as you want. I drank between 6 to 10 Diet Pepsis per day, every day, for 42 days. And at no point did anyone charge me for them. It was amazing. It just kept happening. The Cheeto situation... Again, every time you would finish a bag of Cheetos, five minutes later, you'd be like, "You know what I could go for? A bag of Cheetos." You would go back, and someone had replaced your recently eaten bag of Cheetos. It's a miracle.
JG: Aww. They all read them! But probably...
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: Jaz and Justice — I think they're the biggest John Green book fans.
JG: OMG that's impossible.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: At no point did they ever stop singing "Blank Space" during the entire shoot. It was infuriating. Everyone sang "Blank Space" the entire time. So much so, that a quiet moment, when I'm at like Chuck E. Cheese's with my son, I would just be sitting there having a slice of pizza, thinking to myself, "Boys only want love if it's torture." And I have NO IDEA where the thought came from and then I'll realize, Oh yeah, it's because of Cara and Nat and Jaz and Justice.
We're very pro–Taylor Swift here.
JG: Oh yeah, I am very pro–Taylor Swift. We spoke on the phone. Briefly. Well, we FaceTimed. It was pretty special. She was eating a cookie and I was standing in a parking lot, and she said, "This cookie is so good." And I said, "It looks delicious. I am a big fan of your new album." And she said, "I really like your books." And then I said, "Well, it was nice to talk to you." That was the extent of it. [laughs] That was our entire conversation. I just told you every detail. How do I even remember every detail of my conversation with Taylor Swift from several months ago?
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: All of them ruin takes, but Cara ruined the most.
JG: Sorry, it is me though.
Are you pro– or anti–selfie stick?
JG: I'm pretty anti-selfie stick.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: Everyone. They never stop singing. A lot of Kendrick Lamar. I became familiar with many new artists on the Paper Towns shoot.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: Oh, geez. Definitely Halston.
JG: Also not a difficult one.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
Does she often do anything else, like Snapchatting?
JG: FaceTiming. I don't know if she was Snapchatting. I have a confession to make. I don't really... My brother is Snapchat famous but I didn't know that was really possible; I thought it was for sharing the type of pictures you would want to be temporary, so that's why I didn't download the app.
David J. Bertozzi / BuzzFeed
JG: [laughs]
Fair enough.
JG: If you ask me who the best kisser is, I'm going to skip it because I'm married. But it was Nat. Actually, I'm just going to say it. Nat is the best kisser by far. What? I make out with Nat sometimes. In my marriage, first base with another dude is not cheating. It's monogamy-ish.

The new season of Dating Naked premieres tonight on VH1!
Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! will make its grand debut tonight. How did we get here, you ask? Well, we sat down with the stars of the camp trilogy to find out — and to get their opinions on some highly important debate topics of today.
BuzzFeed
So, have you used one before?
Tara: No, I just think they're funny. I love it, I love seeing these people walking around.
Ian: Don't make fun!
T: Do you have one?
I: With my family, are you kidding? When we're out we need a picture!
T: See, I'm by always myself. If I took one by myself—
I: It would be weird. Selfies with groups, with families, fantastic.
T: Yes.
I: But by yourself...kinda creepy.
T: Yeah!
BuzzFeed
I: Why? It's filled with nitrates and everything else that's going to stop me from living long. I wanna die young, but I want it to be late in life. I'm not saying it doesn't taste great...
BuzzFeed
I: Anything that makes a gelatinous, mucky consistency form underneath my feet when I wear them...I choose to stay away from. OK, you feel me?
T: [To Ian] Yes. Oh hell yes.
BuzzFeed
I: With sunblock! Very important. Never go in the sun without sunblock.
BuzzFeed
I: It tastes disgusting, but you can mellow it with like some vinegar, some lemon... A tremendous amount of antioxidants. A fantastic superfood!
T: Or raspberries.
I: Raspberries! I'll have to try that.
BuzzFeed
What's your favorite brunch meal?
T: Depends on where it is, but I like chicken and waffles because it's sweet...and it's chicken.
I: Egg whites, oatmeal, maaaaybe something sweet on occasion.
BuzzFeed
BuzzFeed
T: If I'm over what someone is saying and I really don't give a shit it's like, "K." Like, shut up.
I: So it's condescending...
T: Yeah, it's like, if someone's annoying, you know, "K."
I: It screams "attitude," I get it now. I gotta change my answer to "hell no."
BuzzFeed
I: You can't avoid it.
T: Not me! I could fall anywhere. Me, I'll walk right into the pole. It's true.
I: I could see it happening.
BuzzFeed
I: I guess they're out there... I'm not arrogant enough to say they don't exist. Let's just go with it.
BuzzFeed
I: Twitter is what made Sharknado so successful.
T: And it gives you a voice. So when people say something about you, you can say, "That's not true!"
Jon Premosch / BuzzFeed
T: I just don't like boxed wine. It's not my thing.
I: You know, the price point is very effective, very conducive to having a good time on a scant budget... There was a time in college where I drank a lot of boxed wine. Once you put it in the glass, you don't know! You gotta save the corks, actually.
Jon Premosch / BuzzFeed
I: Hell no.
T: You're tanner than me right now!
I: You know what, it's not like I sat in the sun to make it happen — this is all because I live in California and we have 300 days of sunshine. It's not too impressive there to be out in it. I always wear sunblock, I don't go to tanning beds; it's not like I'm going to do anything that will age me prematurely. And I'm not averse to spray tans! There used to be a time where you came out of those things looking orange, but the technology has gotten to the point where I an achieve a lovely mochaccino skin color and be quite happy. Mocha-choca-latte is the color I prefer.
BuzzFeed
BuzzFeed
T: Oh, yes!
I: Yes, it just works.
T: It's amazing!
I: Especially here in New York City. Can't find a taxi, call for Uber...
T: They'll get here faster!
BuzzFeed
I: Kind of a gulity pleasure.
T: Yeah.
What's your favorite edition?
T: Um, New York.
I: They're all very watchable.
BuzzFeed
I: Yeah, why not?
T: Yeah, no... You know what, I don't have to eat gluten-free, but I do recognize that there's a benefit to avoiding gluten.
BuzzFeed
Do you have a go-to song?
I: Absolutely. Tara, do you?
T: No, for sure not.
I: "Play That Funky Music White Boy." It always gets people up and going.
Jon Premosch / BuzzFeed
I: Ghosting?
T: What's that?
When you're texting with someone — maybe in a romantic type of way — and just drop off...
I: I do it at parties.
T: So you're flirting with a guy, you're talking back and forth, and then just ignore him for the rest of your life? I'm not that mean!
Have you ever been ghosted on?
T: Oh hell no!
Congrats!
