On Thanksgiving Day, Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry got into a phyiscal brawl with her new beau Olivier Martinez. (Here's what Gabriel's face looked like after the incident.) Because of all this drama — which was supposedly caught on tape — California Child Protective Services is looking into the incident.
UPDATE: Gabriel Aubry has now obtained a restraining order against Oliver Martinez.
